July 25, 2009 Lucy's Doll House, Camden, Maine

Lucy's Dollhouse shop in Camden was exciting. We were allowed to have our pictures taken with some of the displays. We loved this big green and yellow house and enjoyed resting in the blue kitchen. There are hundreds of antique dolls in this shop and many miniatures. We spent over an hour looking at things in the shop, everything is beautiful!

Miss Sue really wanted to take this sweetie home with her.

Having our photo taking in the lighthouse was exciting as today was our Lighthouse tour day. We will see three real lighthouses. We thought Miss Sue should take this one home with her and call next year's camp The Hitty Vacation in Maine Lighthouse Adventures! She thought the B & B and Camp Golden Oak was enough.

This was a neat item to see, the horse was friendly.

We wondered which one was the 'real' Santa when Miss Sue told us that Santa has many helpers and these were a few of them.

This house was the first one we saw when we walked through the door, it was beautiful, we loved it's many porches.

There were so many, houses, dolls and miniatures, we wanted to take pictures of everything.

The houses were antique and showed great craftsmanship. It is a dream to own one.

This kitchen was lovely but our favorite was the white and blue kitchen where we enjoyed resting in.

Miss Sue wanted to take this doll home with her but decided to buy another doll the same size, a new Ginny and a Hitty doll for Hitty Theresa instead. She said she hopes it will still be there when she goes next year.

We loved this shop!
